They help local people, supporting their choices and making sure they get the help they need, whether that’s spending time at the hospice or being supported at home.

Challenge

St Joseph’s Hospice cares for and supports people affected by serious illness. They try to improve the quality of life for people with life-limiting conditions and help them live life to the full, to the very end. Supporting families and carers is also an important part of what they do. St Joseph’s Hospice was looking to grow brand awareness and generate more donations for the hospice, so they could continue their great work in the community.

Action

To generate brand awareness and grow St Joseph’s Hospice’s donor base, TMH Media ran a Facebook ad across multiple formats to people who may be interested in what St Joseph’s Hospice do, within the local area. These Facebook ads included, single image ads, video ads and carousel ads. We tested and optimised these ads extensively and also participated in daily audience monitoring to make sure we are reaching the right people.
